We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients, and close sales by promoting our products/services directly in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit potential clients (homes, offices, sites) to generate recent business

* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

* Conduct product presentations and explain benefits clearly

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Collect market feedback and competitor insights

Required Skills

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Confident in face-to-face selling

* Basic knowledge of sales techniques





* Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

* Good time management and planning skills

Qualifications

Any degree or diploma (Sales/Marketing preferred)

1–3 years of experience in field sales

Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred for field work)

Preferred

* Experience in interiors, construction, or building materials

* Contacts with architects, contractors, or homeowners

Salary & Incentives

* Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

* Travel allowance / petrol reimbursement

Work Location

* Field-based (Adyar, Chennai)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
