Senior Accounts Executive – E-commerce Reconciliation

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end reconciliation and financial operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The role involves handling high-volume transactions, ensuring financial accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting timely closure of accounts while maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end reconciliation for platforms such as Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies, settlement issues, and revenue leakages
- Independently handle monthly closing activities and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) and external stakeholders
- Review and validate invoices, settlements, and commission structures
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure audit readiness
- Develop and improve reconciliation processes, controls, and documentation
- Mentor and guide junior team members





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounts (preferably e-commerce or retail industry)
- Strong hands-on experience in reconciliation and financial operations

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, Data Analysis)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and compliance
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart reconciliation
- Exposure to high-volume transaction environments
- Process improvement and automation mindset

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
