We are seeking a passionate and experienced Commi III to join our kitchen team. You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality vegan dishes that meet our cafe’s standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen, with prior experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-paced workplace, preferably in vegan or plant-based cuisine. Culinary Expertise: A solid understanding of vegan cooking techniques, ingredient substitutions, and plating. Familiarity with pet-friendly kitchen practices is a plus. Creativity & Passion: A robust passion for culinary arts, particularly plant-based cooking. Ability to innovate and think creatively to improve dishes and menu items. Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to manage a team effectively, while also working collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment.



Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, from ingredient preparation to final plating, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. Work Ethic & Stamina: Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on quality. Food Safety Certification: Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices (FSSAI certification preferred). Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
