Job Title: Legal Research Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Research Intern to join our legal and corporate affairs team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate law, legal research, compliance, documentation, and startup governance while working on real-time assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, regulations, notifications, and judicial precedents.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, professional emails, and official correspondence.
- Maintain statutory records, compliance trackers, and legal documentation.
- Support due diligence, document verification, and contract-related activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, professionals, and government authorities for routine compliance matters.




- Organize and maintain legal records and document repositories.
- Assist with day-to-day legal, compliance, and administrative tasks.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, or LL.B.
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and corporate compliance.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Preferred Candidate

- Available for a minimum 3-month full time internship.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Willing to work from the Jodhpur office.

Stipend
As per company policy.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
