About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven HR Executive to lead the hiring and onboarding of Service Partners across multiple categories. You'll play a key role in expanding our network by identifying, screening, onboarding, and supporting skilled professionals.

What You'll Do

- Drive end-to-end recruitment of Service Partners across categories:
- Salon at Home
- Massage at Home
- Plumbers
- Carpenters
- Electricians
- Other home service professionals
- Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, referrals, social media, training institutes, and local networks.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess skills and eligibility.
- Verify documents, work experience, and background details.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and training sessions.
- Ensure service partners complete all compliance and verification requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.




- Work closely with operations to ensure timely deployment of service partners.
- Build long-term relationships with professionals to improve retention and engagement.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, bulk hiring, blue-collar hiring, gig workforce hiring, or field recruitment.
- Experience hiring technicians or service professionals is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
