We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions. The candidate will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality code standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex, scalable, and high-performance applications
- Lead end-to-end development lifecycle (requirement deployment)
- Write clean, maintainable, and effective code
- Review code and ensure best practices are followed
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs
- Architect system design and recommend technical solutions
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications
- Stay updated with latest technologies and implement innovations
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java / Python / JavaScript (Node.js)
- Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, React, Angular
- Deep understanding of system design and architecture
- Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with REST APIs & Microservices architecture
- Proficiency in Git and version control systems
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in software development and team handling
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to performance optimization and security practices
