Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Summary:
Responsible for executing HVAC projects, coordinating with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle site escalations related to manpower, materials, design, and quantity deviations.
2. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
3. Conduct project kickoff meetings and resolve project bottlenecks.
4. Maintain proper documentation, reports, and site records.
5. Plan and monitor material requirements and deliveries.
6. Coordinate daily with labor teams and site staff.
7. Prepare MIS reports, site audits, billing, and project documentation.
8. Support process improvements and ensure adherence to installation standards.
