Duties to be performed:

- Delivery sheet creation and dispatch status check.
- Co-ordination with delivery staffs and drivers for timely dispatches and other delivery updates.
- Updates about cash collection, delivery timings, and any other details.
- Co-ordinating with Warehouse for order updates.
- Logistics documents updating.
- Handling enquiries from Customer support team, Sales team, Delivery staffs, etc
- Any other duties as deemed by the reporting manager.

Skill set expected:

- Computer knowledge – MS-office. MSCIT preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome.
- No previous Logistics knowledge required.
- Language fluency in regional languages – Marathi, Hindi required.
- Should know basic English reading and writing as the orders will be posted on WhatsApp. Should know to read and respond to messages.
- Should have adaptable working timing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
