Job Title: Massage Therapist

About the Role

We are looking for skilled and motivated massage therapists to join our Sports Health & Rehabilitation Centre. The role focuses on providing therapeutic, pre-event, and post-event massages to individuals, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and support recovery. The individuals should have strong technical massage skills, communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. Freshers with relevant qualifications or training are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide therapeutic, sports, deep tissue, and recovery massages to individuals, athletes, and clients.
- Assess muscle tension, soreness, and injury risks to deliver targeted massage therapy.
- Work closely with physiotherapists and strength & conditioning trainers to support rehabilitation and performance programs.
- Prepare athletes' muscles before training or competition (pre-event massage) and assist recovery after workouts or events (post-event massage).
- Maintain accurate records of massage sessions, treatments, and client progress.
- Advise clients on stretching, muscle care, and injury prevention techniques.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of massage and therapy equipment.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach by identifying potential muscle issues or areas of concern.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, athletes, and clients to build trust and engagement.

Requirements / Qualifications





- Education / Certification: Diploma, Certificate, or Training in Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, or a Related Field.
- Experience: Prior experience is an advantage; however, freshers with proper training and passion for sports health are welcome.
- Knowledge of injuries, anatomy, and muscle recovery techniques.
- Strong hands-on technical massage skills and understanding of different massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide individuals/athletes in recovery and injury prevention.
- Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering quality care.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per center requirements.
