We are hiring a telecaller for our office. The main work is to make calls, talk to customers, and explain our services in a polite and transparent way. You will also handle basic customer questions and keep records of calls.
Training and support will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Explain services and generate leads
- Handle customer queries politely
- Maintain call records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to work
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
Location: Sector 82, Mohali
