WE ARE HIRING – ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES (GOVERNMENT)

Are you an experienced Government Project Sales professional with strong exposure to building materials, construction, or infrastructure products? This opportunity is ideal for someone who can drive tender-based business, manage key government accounts, and convert opportunities into revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Government Project Sales / Infrastructure Sales
- Strong experience in tender-driven business development
- Must own a personal four-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Continuous regular education only
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

- Manage relationships with Government departments, PSUs, Smart Cities, Railways, PWD, Urban Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, and Utilities
- Track project opportunities through GeM, CPPP, and state portals
- Lead the full tender lifecycle, including analysis, feasibility, bid preparation,



and pricing strategy
- Work closely with EPC contractors, PMC consultants, architects, and developers
- Convert tenders into contracts and support project execution
- Drive revenue growth and maintain a healthy project pipeline
- Ensure product approvals in SOR, drawings, DPRs, and technical documents
- Handle billing, collections, and commercial control
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
- Manage vendor registration and empanelment compliance
