We are Hiring Collection Executive

KLM Assets Fin is hiring experienced Collection Executive to our Rajakumari branch at Idukki. The candidate having 1+ years of experience in NBFC/Chits. The Collection Executive will manage customer accounts to ensure prompt payment of installments, reduce overdue balances, and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Candidates from Rajakumari, Idukki, or nearby locations will be given preference.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely collection of chit installments and overdue payments from customers
- Follow up with customers for timely collection of chit installments and overdue payments
- Visit customers (field work) to collect payments when required
- Handle customer queries related to payments and resolve issues professionally




- Coordinate with branch staff regarding pending dues and defaulters

Requirements:

- Qualification: Minimum Plus Two / Degree preferred
- Experience: 1–2 years in NBFC/Chits
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally for collections
