​Job Summary

​We are seeking an experienced and analytical Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, strategic budget planning, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will lead daily accounting functions, perform financial analysis, manage cash flow, and guide financial decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.

​Key Responsibilities

​Financial Management & Strategy

​Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).

​Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis.

​Monitor cash flow forecasting and working capital to ensure liquidity and operational needs are met.

​Analyze financial trends, costs, revenues, and profitability to advise senior management on strategic decisions.

​Accounting Operations & Internal Controls

​Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all journal entries and account reconciliations are completed accurately.

​Supervise daily accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), inventory, and general ledger operations.

​Establish and enforce strong internal controls, financial policies, and standard operating procedures.

​Manage corporate bank relationships, credit facilities, and treasury operations.





​Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

​Ensure full compliance with local, state, and national tax regulations, statutory filings, and financial reporting standards (Tally prime ,GST, Income Tax).

​Coordinate internal and external financial audits, serving as the primary liaison for auditing teams and tax authorities.

​Team Leadership

​Mentor, train, and manage the accounting team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

​Streamline accounting workflows using automated systems and financial management tools.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with direct experience supervising a team.

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required. Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.

​Certifications: Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly desirable.

​Technical Skills:

​Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas).

​Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting software Tally prime.

​Core Competencies:

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
