Lotus Microwave Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of RF & Microwave Components and Subsystems serving the Defence, Aerospace, and Space sectors. We are seeking talented M.Tech graduates specializing in Microwave Engineering who are passionate about RF and microwave technologies.

Job Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and test RF & Microwave components and subsystems.
- Perform RF simulations, analysis, and optimization.
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams on product development and manufacturing.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design records.
- Ensure compliance with quality and engineering standards.

Eligibility

- M.Tech in Microwave Engineering / RF & Microwave Engineering / Communication Systems (Microwave Specialization).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong fundamentals in Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetics, RF Circuits,



and Antenna concepts.
- Knowledge of RF measurement instruments such as VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, etc., is preferred.
- Exposure to simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, ADS, or Microwave Office is an added advantage.
