Position Overview

Kaivalyadhama is seeking a proactive and responsible Executive – Operations (Facility Management) to oversee day-to-day facility and housekeeping operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for participants, guests, and staff. The role requires solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily facility management and housekeeping operations.
- Coordinate check-in and check-out activities to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guest arrivals.
- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and guest amenities, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Address participant and guest requests, concerns, and housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of lost and found items and ensure appropriate follow-up.




- Handle staff and participant grievances effectively and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant documentation.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, housekeeping, hospitality, or operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.

Additional Requirement

- This is a residential position. The selected candidate must reside on the Kaivalyadhama campus and be available 24/7 to respond to operational emergencies and urgent facility-related requirements, whenever necessary.
