Job Description – QC Executive (Fresher)

Position: QC Executive
Location: Vatar, Vapi
Industry: Plastic Manufacturing
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Plastic Engineering or Polymer Engineering
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Conduct routine quality tests as per company standards.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Identify quality issues and report them to the QC Manager.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in implementing quality control procedures and SOPs.




- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the QC laboratory and work area.
- Follow ISO and company quality policies.

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Plastic Engineering or Polymer Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of quality control processes and testing methods.
- Knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Good observation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
