Profile: Architect & Project Coordinator-Entertainment-Surat-30k

Experience:

- 2 - 5 years of experience as an Architect with site coordination exposure

- Experience in commercial / retail / entertainment / hospitality projects (preferred)

Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles:

- Coordinate with multiple project sites and ensure smooth execution

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, civil teams, electricians, fabricators, etc.

- Ensure design consistency and execution accuracy across all centres

- Resolve in office design, execution, and coordination issues

- Share regular site progress updates and reports with management

- Support documentation for licenses, approvals, and compliances when required

- Handle multiple sites simultaneously and manage timelines effectively

- Act as a bridge between design, execution teams, and management

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

- Willingness to travel frequently.
