Role Description The Human Resources Intern at 4CHAMPZ will support daily HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and coordinating onboarding processes. The intern will help implement HR policies, support employee benefits administration,



and assist with personnel documentation and HR-related communication. Additional responsibilities may include preparing HR reports, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with other team members on HR projects and process improvements.
Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Basic experience or coursework in Personnel Management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹1,000.00 per month
