We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment activities.
- Support HR with onboarding and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Final Year) or recent graduate.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
