Job Title: Accounts & Billing Executive (Tally Prime / GST / Stock Management)Job Overview

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Accounts & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, inventory tracking, and GST record keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime, excellent attention to detail, and sound practical knowledge of business transactions (Sales, Purchase, and Stock reconciliation).

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Billing & Invoicing: Generate fast and accurate Tax Invoices, Credit/Debit Notes, and Proforma Invoices using Tally Prime.
- Sales & Purchase Entry: Timely and accurate data entry of all daily sales, purchase bills, and vendor vouchers with correct Ledger & HSN classification.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain live stock/inventory records in Tally, track physical stock movement, and perform periodic stock reconciliation.
- GST & Tax Records: Maintain clean GST records (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B data preparation), verify Input Tax Credit (ITC / GSTR-2B matching), and assist in monthly tax filings.
- Vendor & Customer Ledger Management: Maintain up-to-date ledgers, track outstanding payments,



send payment reminders, and reconcile customer/supplier accounts.
- Banking & Cash Management: Handle daily cash/bank entry vouchers, bank reconciliation statements (BRS), and petty cash expenses.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized physical and digital records of bills, e-Way bills, transport documents, and tax vouchers.

Key Qualifications & Skills Required

- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Tally Prime / Tally.ERP 9 and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Taxation Knowledge: Practical knowledge of GST compliance, HSN codes, e-Way bill generation, and basic TDS concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent accounting certification preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts, billing, and inventory management. (Freshers with robust Tally certification may also apply).
- Attributes: High numerical accuracy, honesty, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet daily billing deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
