- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair Split ACs, Window ACs, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ventilation systems, and exhaust systems.
- Maintain temperature and humidity in critical areas such as Operation Theatres (OT), ICU, NICU, Laboratories, Pharmacy, and Server Rooms.
- Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, thermostats, electrical panels, and control systems.
- Replace faulty components such as compressors, capacitors, contactors, relays, motors, and filters.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, service reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to HVAC complaints and emergency breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety policies and infection control protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Maintain housekeeping of plant rooms and HVAC equipment.
- Ensure proper use of tools, testing instruments, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
