Responsibilities

- Order management for Marketplaces
- Data analysis withing deadline
- Responding to all reviews posted by consumers to the marketplaces, escalating any issues that may require further investigation and resolution
- Deploy trading and promotional plans to drive sales
- Report weekly/monthly on key performance indicators and trade performance ensuring actions can be taken to drive conversion and sales opportunities

Skills

- Solid Computer Skills with an understanding of Microsoft Excel




- Previous experience in E-Commerce (Is not must but would be bonus)
- Excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible Team Player
- Customer service (Preferred)
- Organized and efficient worker with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Able to multi-task with diligent prioritisation of tasks
- Ambitious and driven with a “My business” mentality
