The impact that you will be making

We are seeking a delivery-focused Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between our engineering teams and core business stakeholders. In this role, you will hold end-to-end ownership of the product delivery lifecycle, acting as the critical interface for onsite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management & Product Strategy
- Onsite Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for onsite teams, business leaders, and product counterparts across international regions.
- Requirement Clarity: Run workshops to capture business requirements, translate them into comprehensive technical specifications, and manage feature prioritization trade-offs.
- Expectation Alignment: Effectively communicate project roadmaps, risks, mitigation strategies, and milestone metrics to senior leadership.
- Program & Cross-Team Coordination
- Break down Product's requirements/roadmap into technical execution plans across multiple engineering teams
- Identify dependencies between teams, systems, and workstreams
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders
- Technical Backlog & Execution Management




- Work with engineering leads to structure the technical backlog (sequencing and execution, not defining what to build)
- Break down epics into technical tasks/tickets in collaboration with tech leads
- Prioritize technical debt, infrastructure work, and dependencies alongside feature work
- Scrum Master / Agile Facilitation
- Run sprint ceremonies (standups, planning, retros, backlog grooming)
- Remove blockers for engineering pods
- Track sprint velocity, burndown, and team capacity
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices
- Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify cross-team or cross-system risks early
- Manage critical path timelines across multiple pods/squads
- Escalate risks to leadership with mitigation plans
- Release & Delivery Management
- Coordinate release planning, staging, and rollout across teams
- Ensure quality gates (testing, code review, sign-offs) are met before release
- Own go-live readiness and post-release monitoring coordination
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Provide status updates, dashboards, and RAID logs to leadership
- Translate technical progress into business-friendly updates
- Manage stakeholder expectations on timelines and trade-offs
- Process Improvement
- Continuously refine engineering processes, tooling, and workflows
- Drive operational efficiency across pods

What Lands You In This Role

- Experience: 5–8 years of overall experience in software product environments, with a minimum of 3 years operating as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or Scrum Lead.
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering stream. An MBA from a reputable institution is a robust advantage.




- Scrum Mastery: Demonstrated experience successfully running Scrum for cross-functional engineering teams. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) credentials are highly preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of system design principles, microservices architectures, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and database infrastructure (SQL/NoSQL).
- Stakeholder Acumen: Proven track record of managing and influencing onsite/onshore stakeholders, resolving cross-team dependencies, and managing client delivery.
- Tooling Expertise: Advanced hands-on proficiency with Agile project management tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence.
