Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with 0.6 to 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (W2 / C2C), placing them on suitable client projects, and maintaining strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and tier-1 vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultant Marketing & Placement

- Market bench consultants across various tech stacks (e.g., Java, DevOps, Data Science, AWS/Azure, Full-Stack, QA) to direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners.
- Daily submission of consultant profiles on major job portals, groups, and vendor networks.
- Screen job descriptions carefully to ensure a strong match with the candidate's skill set, experience level, rate expectations, and location preferences.

Vendor Relations & Networking

- Build, expand, and maintain a robust network of Tier-1 vendors, Prime Vendors, and System Integrators.
- Perform initial screening calls with vendors/clients to present consultants effectively and negotiate bill rates to maximize margins.
- Coordinate client/vendor interviews, brief consultants before interviews, and follow up promptly for feedback.

Process & Pipeline Management

- Maintain active profiles on major job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.).




- Track and update submission status, interview schedules, rate confirmations, and placement metrics in the internal ATS/database.
- Work closely with the technical/bench management team to understand consultant strengths, availability, and career goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 0.6 to 2 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US IT Staffing.
- US Staffing Knowledge: Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT/CPT, GC, US Citizen) and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong negotiation capabilities.
- Sourcing Capability: Hands-on experience with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and networking platforms (LinkedIn, Google X-ray search, vendor Google Groups).
- Work Setup: Fully functional remote work environment (reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and adequate laptop/hardware setup).
- Shift Alignment: Willingness to work in US shifts (EST / CST / PST) as required by the business.

Industry Knowledge: US IT Staffing Lifecycle, Tax Terms (C2C/W2), Work Visas

Sourcing & Tools: Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, TechFetch, ATS Navigation, MS Office / Google Workspace

Sales & Interpersonal: Rate Negotiation, Cold Calling, Vendor Relationship Management, Candidate Pitching
