About the Company

A Fortune 200 company is building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its HR Business Partner. You will shape people practices for a marquee global brand as the centre scales from its first cohorts to a full centre. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will partner directly with business leaders on org design, performance, and people strategy as the India centre grows.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership

- Partner with functional leaders on workforce planning, org design, and team structure
- Advise managers on performance management, promotions, and compensation decisions
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues within the business

People Programs

- Drive engagement, retention, and talent-review cycles for the client group




- Localise and roll out global HR policies and programs for the India centre
- Partner with talent acquisition and L&D; on hiring plans and skill gaps

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4 to 9 years in HR business partnering, HR generalist, or a related role
- Robust stakeholder-management skills with the confidence to advise senior leaders
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law and HR compliance
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to a GCC, MNC, or large matrixed organisation
- Experience standing up HR processes for a new or scaling team
- Familiarity with tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox
