Key Responsibilities:

Connect with warm leads through outbound calls (no cold calling).

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans.

Conduct product presentations and explain the platform's features and benefits.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert them into annual subscribers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.





Customer-focused approach with a passion for sales.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Previous experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
