Role Description

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across the agency, from job postings and sourcing through screening, interviews, and offer negotiation. You will partner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, build role-specific pipelines, and maintain our applicant tracking workflow. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines from scratch and representing company culture through every candidate interaction.

Qualifications





- 1-2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Familiarity with sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WhatsApp/Telegram hiring groups, National Career Service portal, campus/alumni networks)
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple open roles at once without dropping the ball
