Agentic AI Technical Lead | Telecom Automation

About the Role

We are looking for an Agentic AI Technical Lead to architect and deliver next-generation AI-powered automation solutions for enterprise telecom environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent workflow orchestration, along with hands-on experience in enterprise automation, cloud platforms, and telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
- Build AI-powered automation solutions by integrating enterprise systems, APIs, and automation platforms, including UiPath.
- Architect secure, scalable AI solutions with human-in-the-loop workflows, AI governance, guardrails, and production monitoring.
- Lead technical design, solution architecture, troubleshooting, and mentor engineering teams.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI automation initiatives across telecom operations.

Key Skills

- Strong experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI guardrails, and multi-agent workflows.
- Hands-on expertise with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Agentic Automation, AI Center, Document Understanding, Action Center).
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Telecom domain expertise covering OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management, Service Fulfilment, and Service Assurance.
- Experience working with brownfield/legacy environments, production AI systems, and enterprise architecture.
- Robust technical leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

UiPath and AI/Cloud certifications, DevOps & CI/CD exposure, experience with enterprise AI governance, monitoring, and deployment of production-grade AI solutions.
