About the Company

A Big-4-style professional-services firm is building its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a systems administrator to run its India IT infrastructure. You will keep servers, systems, and identity infrastructure secure and running. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Systems Administrator, you will manage servers, directory services, and business-critical systems, balancing uptime with security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Administration

- Administer Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation, and backup systems
- Manage Active Directory, identity, and access provisioning
- Plan and execute patching, upgrades, and capacity changes

Security & Compliance

- Implement and monitor security controls across servers and endpoints




- Maintain compliance documentation for internal and client audits
- Own disaster-recovery and backup procedures, and test them regularly

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years administering enterprise servers and infrastructure
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, virtualisation, and backup/DR practices
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft, Red Hat, or equivalent systems certification
- Experience in a regulated or audit-heavy environment
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
