Role Description -
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in growing Jinn's cook network. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential cooks, introduce them to the opportunity at Jinn, screen interested candidates, and coordinate their trial sessions.
This is a people-focused role that requires excellent communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities -
- Call prospective cook candidates and introduce them to Jinn.
- Explain how Jinn works, the earning opportunity, and the onboarding process.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility and interest.
- Schedule and coordinate cook trials at our office.
- Follow up with candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp to ensure they attend their scheduled trials.
- Maintain and update candidate records using Google Sheets or internal trackers.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding trial schedules and onboarding.
- Ensure every candidate has a smooth and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements-
- Fluent in Hindi and comfortable communicating in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and WhatsApp.
- Previous experience in recruitment, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not required.
