Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications and AI-powered products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues, build automated test coverage, and deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Review business and functional requirements to understand testing needs.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of web applications, APIs, and AI-based features.
- Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing (manual and automated).
- Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and validate fixes.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
- Validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman, and build automated API test suites.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release testing.
- Suggest improvements to testing processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.





Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in QA, with hands-on exposure to both manual and automation testing.
- Practical experience with at least one automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for writing test scripts.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.
- Experience in writing test cases and executing test plans.
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira.
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience testing AI/LLM-based applications.
- Experience setting up automation frameworks from scratch.
- Exposure to performance or load testing tools (JMeter, k6).
- Relevant QA/automation certifications.
