Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities for IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Acquire new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, MSPs, and direct customers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver quality talent.




- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations and account management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify market trends and explore new business opportunities.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and staffing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, or implementation partners is highly preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
