Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies to join our team in Australia. This onsite role requires a dynamic leader who can relocate to Australia and effectively manage projects and drive Agile practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple Agile projects from inception to completion.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure project success.
- Act as a servant leader to the Agile team and promote Agile best practices within the organization.




- Utilize project management tools and software for tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Robust understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum framework.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in leading teams and managing project timelines.
