As a Marketing Operations Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting OUP's Academic Marketing team in bringing high‑impact, mission‑driven products to market. Opportunity – the what
In this role, you will support day‑to‑day Marketing Operations activities, including administering gratis and incentive copies, maintaining OUP product information, and supporting co‑operative marketing initiatives. You will help create and manage sales collateral and ensure that information presented across public websites and marketing databases (such as STAR) is accurate and up to date.
You will also triage author communications,
manage requests from internal teams and external partners, and help deliver new centrally managed tasks assigned to Marketing Operations. Your contribution will have a direct impact on how effectively OUP promotes its Academic products, supports its authors, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.

Previous Experience

- Intermediate-level IT skills, ideally strong Excel capability
- Useful prior experience in customer-facing internal or external environments
