Hiring: HR Intern (Remote) | Omysha Foundation | A4G Impact Collaborative & VONG Movement

We're looking for a proactive and growth-oriented HR Intern who is excited to explore how AI can transform HR practices while contributing to meaningful people, culture, and organisational performance initiatives.

Primary Role: HR Operations & People Enablement

You will contribute across key HR functions, including:

- Recruitment and onboarding
- Learning and development
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Employee communication, grievance handling, and satisfaction tracking
- Performance management and performance documentation
- Researching AI tools, HR technology, and emerging workplace trends
- Supporting Organisational Performance Management (OPM) initiatives, including alignment, accountability, ownership, and performance observations

Secondary Role: Community Building & Team Culture

Help strengthen A4G's internal community by fostering collaboration, ownership, and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build meaningful working relationships with team members and contributors
- Understand individual strengths, motivations, and team dynamics
- Foster a solid sense of ownership, accountability, and belonging
- Design and support engagement initiatives that encourage participation
- Promote proactive communication and healthy collaboration
- Motivate members to take initiative, represent A4G externally, and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities

This role combines HR, organisational development, culture building, community engagement, and organisational alignment in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

About A4G Impact Collaborative

A4G (AI for Good) works at the intersection of AI and social impact through three focus areas:

- AI Governance: Advancing ethical, inclusive,



and human-centered AI systems
- AI for Mental Well-Being: Helping individuals navigate AI-driven disruption with purpose and self-awareness
- AI for Socio-Economic Sustainability: Enabling AI-supported solopreneurship and sustainable livelihoods

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who:

- Are interested in building a career in Human Resources.
- Have a background in Social Psychology or Organisational Psychology, or demonstrate a genuine interest in understanding human emotions, behaviour, motivation, interpersonal relationships, and group dynamics.

Candidates without an interest in both Human Resources and people behaviour/social psychology will not be considered.

- Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Interest in AI, HR Technology, organisational development, and startup ecosystems
- Ability to effectively use AI tools and prompting for planning, research, and execution
- Self-driven, adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a remote work environment

Internship Details

Duration: 6 Months

Mode: Remote

Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST

Minimum Time Commitment: 30 hours per week

Stipend

- ₹5,000 per month for the first 2 months
- ₹7,500 per month for Months 3 and 4, subject to achieving a performance rating of 4/5 or above
- ₹10,000 per month for Months 5 and 6, subject to achieving a performance rating of 4/5 or above

Performance evaluations will be based on organisational values and role-specific KRAs.
