CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA About the Role We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the Retention Profile. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions, retaining existing customers through effective communication, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. Retain existing customers by understanding their concerns and offering suitable solutions. Achieve assigned retention and customer satisfaction targets. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and retention offers. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer queries. Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel. Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance guidelines, and process SLAs. Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining productivity targets. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience.



Candidates with experience in VRM, Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, or Outbound Core Sales will be preferred. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one regional language. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer handling skills. Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calling processes. Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
