Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Webwide Developer with a specialization in Shopify to join our team. This role will be instrumental in managing, developing, and maintaining our e-commerce presence, specifically focusing on our jewellery website. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Shopify store development, website optimization, theme customization, and overall e-commerce operations. Prior experience within the jewellery industry is considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify websites and themes to meet business requirements.
- Execute website updates, including product uploads, banner management, landing page creation, and collection organization.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and ensure seamless mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and APIs to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement website creatives and support marketing campaigns.
- Enhance website UI/UX to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues to ensure continuous and smooth operation.
- Implement basic SEO practices, including meta tag optimization, URL structure, and general website optimization.
- Monitor website analytics, traffic patterns, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.




- Ensure website security protocols are in place and manage regular data backups.

Qualifications

- Skills:
- Proficiency in the Shopify platform and Liquid coding.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on Shopify theme customization.
- Experience with various Shopify apps and their integration capabilities.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in responsive web design.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple website-related tasks.

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
