Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee and manage our recruitment efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

- Skills:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing.




- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment.

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
