Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, traders, exporters, importers, wholesalers, and service providers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Understand customer challenges and recommend suitable Merzado solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals professionally.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management,



or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Marketplace Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Solid problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B platforms, SaaS products, marketplaces, manufacturing, trade, logistics, or business services.
- Experience selling software solutions or business services.
- Existing network within manufacturing, trading, export-import, or MSME sectors.
