Flutter Developer

POSITION SUMMARY

The Flutter Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart, experience with state management solutions, API integration, and a passion for creating scalable, user-friendly applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, reusable, and efficient UI components.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Implement state management solutions such as GetX, Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional applications.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize application performance.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Implement Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Storage.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Use Git for version control and collaborate with team members through Git workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.
- Contribute to application architecture and technical decision-making processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience in Flutter application development.
- Solid knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
- Experience with state management solutions such as GetX, Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.




- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.
- Knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, FCM, Storage).
- Experience with local databases such as SQLite or Hive.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience building responsive and adaptive user interfaces.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred

- Experience with payment gateway integrations.
- Experience developing E-commerce, Chat, FinTech, or Social Media applications.
- Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, or Repository Pattern.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic knowledge of Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development.
- Experience with push notifications and real-time applications using WebSockets or Firebase.
- Published applications on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
