Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Package Specialist-SAP HANA FIN FI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, support, and enhancements. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and deliver effective SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules in SAP S/4HANA environments. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Accounting processes. Design and implement solutions for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),



Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Cost Controlling. Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and support projects. Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Work with cross-functional teams to integrate FI/CO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules. Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies. Required Skills Strong experience in SAP FI and CO modules. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. Expertise in: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and support activities. Understanding of financial closing processes and reporting. Knowledge of integration points between FI/CO and other SAP modules. Experience with SAP HANA database and S/4HANA migration projects is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field. SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a plus. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile or global project environments.
