Position: Sr. Engineer Assembly ( Production)
Execute daily production plan for weld assembly lines
Ensure achievement of production targets (volume, quality, delivery)
Monitor line performance and reduce cycle time
Handle and supervise:Spot welding / MIG / TIG welding processes
Robotic welding systems (if applicable)
Supervise operators, welders, and technicians
Allocate manpower efficiently across shifts
Train team on SOPs, welding standards, and safety
