JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE Title: Talent Acquisition Executive –Aerospace Manufacturing / Engineering Domain, USA Open Positions: 2 Work Location: Work from Home. Work Timings: 7:30pm to 5:00am (IST) or Versatile as per different time zone of USA Responsibilities: Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the USA. Understanding clients’ requirements and preparing action plans accordingly. Utilizing different Job Portals, database, referrals, different social media, etc. for sourcing relevant candidates. Interacting with the candidates, briefing them about their JD. Screening and shortlisting them. Coordinate with the Candidates & Clients for interview schedules of shortlisted candidates. Understanding the feedbacks from clients and improving self-productivity. Primary level of background check and collecting documentations from candidates. Negotiating with potential selected candidates and providing offer to them. Ensuring candidates join as per accepted offer. Preparing periodic recruitment reports and presenting to respective management. Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3 years’ recruiting experience in Aerospace industry for engineers and people who have experience with design, build and testing. Qualification: Any Management Graduate/Post graduate
Key Skills: Experience working on aerospace engineering and manufacturing positions such as Mechanics, Inspectors,



Composite Technicians, Material Coordinators, Structural Analysis Engineers, Structural & Payload Design Engineer, Material Review Board Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Planner, Propulsion Engineer, Supply chain and Procurement etc. Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment. Understanding of contract and FT positions. Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. Excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service attitude. Problem solving skills and multitasking ability.
