We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of security and AV systems, as well as proven leadership abilities to manage a team of technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Professional and Public Announcement (PA) systems.
- Set up, configure, and maintain CCTV, biometric devices, and video door phones.
- Install and configure projectors for various environments.
- Perform networking tasks, including crimping and basic network setup.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of technicians to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV and security systems.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide technical support.
- Maintain documentation of installations and service reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of Professional and Public Announcement systems.
- Hands-on experience in CCTV, biometric, and video door phone installation and configuration.
- Experience with projector installation and configuration.
- Robust understanding of networking fundamentals and cable crimping.
- Prior experience managing or supervising a team of technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
