Fillip Technologies Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated and result-driven SEO Executive to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and be passionate about improving website visibility, traffic, and rankings across major search engines.

This role requires hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, performance tracking, and continuous optimization based on analytics and trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities
- Execute link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console,



SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Identify SEO issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and stay updated with industry trends
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or SEO Specialist
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- SEO: 1 year (Preferred)
- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- GOOGLE ad: 1 year (Preferred)
