Post - Civil Supervisor

Job Location - Raigarh (Chattisgarh)

Work Experience - Minimum 5 year in Civil Projects.

Civil Supervisor oversees day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to safety, quality, and engineering specifications, Manages crews, subcontractors, Vendors and materials, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with blueprints and building codes.

Job Tasks:

Core Responsibilities

- Site Management: Coordinate daily construction activities, including directing workers, subcontractors, and heavy machinery to maintain project milestones.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA) and ensure all structural work complies with approved plans, permits, and building codes.
- Quality Control: Inspect work at critical phases to identify potential hazards, defects, or deviations from project plans.
- Resource Allocation: Manage materials, equipment, and labor, ensuring proper inventory, ordering supplies,



and preventing waste.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site logs, progress reports, subcontractor billing, and safety records.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve on-site issues promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) as a civil site supervisor or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and using AutoCAD.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of civil construction processes, techniques, and building materials.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
