Position: Vertical Head - Business Loan

Job Summary

The Vertical Head – Business Loan will be responsible for establishing and expanding the Business Loan vertical by sourcing quality business, developing partnerships, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Business Loan division.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Build relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and business referral partners.
- Recruit, mentor, and monitor Associates and Tele callers.
- Ensure quality lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Review documentation before submission.
- Coordinate with lenders for loan approval and disbursement.
- Prepare MIS and performance reports.
- Achieve monthly business targets.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred)

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years in Business Loan Sales.
