- Tax Compliance & Litigation Services – Corporates mainly
- Fund Structuring Services (AIFs & FPIs) – Concept to set up and compliances
- Succession Planning – Concept to set up
- Transfer Pricing – Advisory and compliances

Responsibilities

- Recording of client transaction data in software
- Review of TDS payment data of clients
- Preparation of TDS returns
- Preparation of FATCA / CRS returns
- Filing of income-tax returns using special software
- General administration work of the firm including updation of CRM, project tracking, working capital tracking, etc.
- Other related matters.

Qualifications

- BCom/Mcom
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting, TDS, and use of accounting tools
