Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tamil Telecaller to handle outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Tamil, a persuasive personality, and experience in sales or customer service within the wellness, healthcare, or Ayurvedic industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain wellness and Ayurvedic products, their benefits, and promotional offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Accurately update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil.




- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with good listening skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Fresher or experienced in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Experience in the Wellness, Ayurveda, Healthcare, or Nutraceutical industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent Tamil communication skills may also be considered.
