Job Description

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex backend systems using Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and resilient microservices-based solutions.
- Guide the team on best practices in REST API development, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native design.
- Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality assurance through automated testing and CI/CD practices.




- Mentor and support team members in technical growth and productivity.
- Collaborate with DevOps for containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Java development with a solid focus on backend technologies.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Security, and related frameworks.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing Microservices using Java.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth2/JWT, and API gateways.
- Experience with Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and asynchronous communication.
- Hands-on experience with Relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Requirement

- 10+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Java technologies.
- Proven expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.).
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Proficient in using CI/CD tools, Git, and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented principles, and TDD.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
